By accessing or using Prospect Flow AI, you agree to comply with this policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.

- Verify prospect information independently before relying on it.
- Do not scrape, hack, reverse engineer or overload the platform.
- Keep your account credentials private and never share access.
This policy exists to keep Prospect Flow AI safe, lawful and useful for everyone. Specifically, it is designed to:
- Protect users of the platform
- Protect Prospect Flow AI, its systems and its reputation
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
- Maintain platform security and availability
- Prevent abuse and misuse of AI tools
You may use Prospect Flow AI for legitimate business purposes, including to:
- Discover business prospects
- Organise leads
- Research companies
- Generate AI-assisted prospect summaries
- Create outreach ideas
- Improve sales workflows
- Manage prospect lists
- Increase business productivity
You must comply with all applicable laws at all times when using the platform.
You may NOT use Prospect Flow AI for any of the following:
Spam
- Send unsolicited bulk email
- Send mass direct messages
- Generate spam campaigns
- Harvest email addresses unlawfully
Illegal activity
- Break any applicable law
- Commit fraud
- Impersonate another individual
- Launder money
- Facilitate criminal activity
Abuse
- Harass
- Threaten
- Stalk
- Defame
- Intimidate
- Promote violence
AI misuse
- False or misleading information
- Deepfake impersonation
- Malicious content
- Phishing messages
- Fraudulent communications
- Harmful or deceptive campaigns
You may not use our AI features to create any of the content listed under AI misuse.
You may not:
- Scrape Prospect Flow AI itself
- Circumvent platform protections
- Use bots to overload the service
- Attempt to access data you are not authorised to view
- Attempt to bypass API or rate limits
- Reverse engineer the platform
You are solely responsible for ensuring your communications comply with all applicable laws, including:
- GDPR
- UK GDPR
- PECR
- CAN-SPAM
- CASL
- Other applicable privacy and marketing regulations
Prospect Flow AI provides tools only and is not responsible for how you choose to contact prospects.
Some prospect information available through the platform may come from publicly available sources.
Information may become outdated, incomplete or inaccurate over time.
You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it.
You may not:
- Copy the platform
- Resell the software
- Clone features
- Reverse engineer the application
- Remove branding
- Redistribute proprietary content without written permission
You may not:
- Attempt to hack the platform
- Upload malware
- Upload viruses
- Interfere with platform security
- Test vulnerabilities without written permission
- Share account credentials
Where we believe this policy has been breached, Prospect Flow AI may:
- Suspend accounts
- Restrict access
- Remove content
- Investigate misuse
- Permanently terminate accounts
- Report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities where required by law
We may take any of these actions without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform or other users.
If you suspect misuse of Prospect Flow AI, please report it to our support team. We investigate every credible report.
